Coensus Property Group, has existed in many guises since 1995, constantly adapting and evolving with an ever changing industry. We were one of the pioneers of Strategic Asset Management, and later the creators of Self Sufficient Development Management; a service we have gone on to hone and perfect over the years to become market leaders.

Driven by an incredibly forward thinking council and passionate band of Councillors we believe Swansea has huge potential for immense growth and success.
